1. Overview
LIVUALIZE is a personal growth, performance, fitness, and life-tracking app designed to help you see progress over time. This policy explains how the app currently handles information used by its features.
2. Information LIVUALIZE Uses
LIVUALIZE uses the information you create or choose to provide for app features. This may include health, fitness, goals, journal and reflection entries, ideas, notes, techniques, fasting, weight, training, and related app information.
3. Apple Health and HealthKit
When you grant permission, LIVUALIZE reads step-count information from Apple Health / HealthKit. The app uses step information for features such as progress displays, dashboards, goals, and milestone calculations. HealthKit access is permission-based and controlled by you through iOS.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
LIVUALIZE is designed as a local-first app. User-created information is stored locally in the app’s private container on your device. LIVUALIZE currently has no user account or login system, and no developer-operated backend, server, or cloud database used to transmit or store this information.
5. Videos
Videos you record in LIVUALIZE are stored locally by the app. Video export or sharing happens only when you initiate it, and you choose the destination for that export or share.
6. Data Sharing
LIVUALIZE does not sell your information. The app does not currently use a developer-operated backend, server, or cloud database to transmit or store your user data. Information may leave your device only through device backups or exports and sharing that you initiate.
7. Advertising and Tracking
LIVUALIZE does not contain advertising SDKs or tracking SDKs. Its bundled privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data. LIVUALIZE does not use HealthKit information for advertising.
8. Device Backups
Local app files may be included in encrypted iCloud or Finder device backups depending on Apple’s operating-system behavior and your backup settings. LIVUALIZE does not control how Apple’s backup systems operate.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Your information generally remains local until you edit or delete it, remove the app or its data, or it is affected by device backup and restore behavior. LIVUALIZE does not currently use an automatic data-retention period.
10. Your Choices and Permissions
You decide whether to grant LIVUALIZE access to Apple Health / HealthKit. You can change or revoke the app’s Health permissions at any time through Apple’s Health and privacy controls in iOS. You also decide whether to create, edit, delete, export, or share your app content.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
LIVUALIZE may update this policy as the app changes. The most current version will include an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
